How do I book a session?
Just send a message through the contact form, email or text. I’ll reply with available times and guide you through the next steps. It’s simple and low-pressure – you can ask anything you need before confirming.
Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. I work online with clients around the world (in English or Portuguese), and I also offer in-person sessions in Auckland. You’re welcome to choose whatever feels most comfortable for you.
What are your fees?
My fees are NZD $150 for individual sessions, NZD $250 for couples sessions, and workshop rates vary depending on the format and duration. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are charged in full, as the time is reserved specifically for you. If something unexpected happens, you’re welcome to reach out and we can reschedule.
Do you have a waitlist?
Sometimes. If I’m fully booked, I’ll offer you a place on a short waitlist and contact you as soon as a spot opens. I do my best to accommodate urgent situations when possible.
Can I ask questions before booking?
Absolutely. You don’t need to decide anything right away. If you’re curious, unsure, or simply want to understand how I work, you’re welcome to reach out first.
